What was the highlight of Grand Hotel Panoramic
Lovely stay. Pool was great. Staff and location was good.
Loved the pool, was great for the kids. The location was also good, close to all restaurants and shops and a minute walk from the funicolare montecatini, lovely!
There could have been more sunbeds at the pool - there was so much space for it! there were some chairs that didnt quite work and could be replaced by extra sunbeds. The couch at the pool was old and broken, if that could be taken away then there is even more space for sunbeds.

Beautiful 4 days
Very well placed for trips out. 45min drive to lucca which is so worth visiting. Less than a 5 min walk down from the hotel is the funicular railway that takes you up to Montecatini alto. This is a must. Stunning views and so picturesque.
Had problems with people putting towels on the pool chairs and going out for the day!!!! Did speak to the hotel desk but was met with a shoulder shrug. 1 person from the very large coach party was left to 'guard' the chairs each day!!!!
